Refund policy

• If a service you paid for has not been done, you get back what you paid for it.
• Once a service has been done it is not refunded. If you are not happy with it, tell us at the studio or within 48 hours and we will look at it with you and put it right where we can.
• When we cancel or cannot do a service, you get a full refund for it, or a new date if you prefer.

• An advance holds your date and time and is counted towards the bill.
• Cancel or move a booking at least 24 hours before it and the advance is refunded, or moved to the new date.
• With less notice, or if you do not come, the advance may be kept, because the artist’s time was set aside for you. For bridal bookings, the terms agreed for that booking apply.

• Before your batch starts, you can move to a later batch free of charge, or ask for a refund of the fee paid less any kit or products already handed over.
• After the batch has started, fees are not refunded, but you may move once to a later batch for the classes you missed, subject to seats.
• Kits, products and portfolio work given with a course cannot be returned for money.
• If we cancel a batch, you choose a full refund or a seat in another batch.

• Refunds go back the way you paid: UPI and card refunds to the same account or card, cash refunds in cash at the studio.
• We send a credit note for every refund, against the original invoice.
• We start a UPI or card refund within 7 working days of agreeing it; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
• Discounts and loyalty offers are not paid out as cash.
